Send an email to support@transgaming.com fully describing your problem in as much detail as possible, and one of our web support staff members will respond to you in a timely fashion. Be sure to include as much information about the problem and your computer as you can. Many website issues may be resolved by clearing your cache (temporary internet files) and cookies, and it is recommended you do so before submitting your request.
